This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia.

📋 Description

• Design and deliver complete product features for a context-aware AI agent ecosystem.

• Create robust REST/GraphQL APIs, efficient PostgreSQL data models, and resilient asynchronous background job processing systems.

• Develop responsive and user-friendly React frontends integrated with TypeScript backend services.

• Implement, assess, and enhance LLM agent workflows, including prompt engineering, tool integration, retrieval architectures, and runtime execution.

• Ensure production reliability, observability, strict data privacy boundaries, and effective handling of edge cases across complex, non-deterministic user flows.

• Collaborate with U.S. companies on significant digital transformation initiatives.

⛳️ Requirements

• Strong professional background in modern TypeScript, React, REST/GraphQL APIs, and relational database design (PostgreSQL).

• Proven experience in developing asynchronous background jobs and distributed queues.

• Experience debugging production-level systems.

• Practical experience or deep technical expertise in LLM/agent runtime architectures, tool invocation, prompt engineering, and retrieval systems (RAG).

• Demonstrated ability to translate ambiguous product requirements and user behaviors into clean system designs and polished end-user interfaces.

• Strong dedication to system correctness, data security/privacy boundaries, system observability, and edge-case management.

• Experience in fast-paced startup environments is preferred.

• Experience with LLM evaluations/fine-tuning is preferred.

• Previous work on multi-channel conversational tools, persistent memory, or agentic workflow platforms is preferred.

• Reliable internet connection is required.

• Must currently reside in Latin America.
