This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Develop and deliver comprehensive product features for a context-aware AI agent ecosystem.

• Create robust REST/GraphQL APIs, efficient PostgreSQL data models, and reliable asynchronous background job processing systems.

• Construct responsive and intuitive React frontend user interfaces that are integrated with TypeScript backend services.

• Implement, assess, and enhance LLM agent workflows, focusing on prompt engineering, tool integration, retrieval architectures, and runtime execution.

• Ensure production reliability, observability, strict data privacy compliance, and effective handling of edge cases in complex, non-linear user experiences.

• Play a key role in transformative initiatives for U.S. companies through Truelogic’s nearshore staff augmentation services.

⛳️ Requirements

• Significant professional experience with modern TypeScript, React, REST/GraphQL APIs, and relational database design using PostgreSQL.

• Proven experience in developing asynchronous background jobs and managing distributed queues.

• Practical debugging experience at the production level.

• Hands-on experience or substantial technical knowledge in LLM/agent runtime architectures, tool invocation, prompt engineering, and retrieval systems (RAG).

• A proven ability to transform ambiguous product requirements and user behaviors into structured systems design and polished end-user interfaces.

• Strong dedication to system accuracy, data security/privacy compliance, system observability, and effective edge-case management.

• Preferred: experience in fast-paced startup environments.

• Preferred: familiarity with LLM evaluations/fine-tuning.

• Preferred: previous work on multi-channel conversational tools, persistent memory, or agentic workflow platforms.

• A dependable internet connection.

• Must currently reside in Latin America.
