Senior Full Stack Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Design the future of the provider experience, encompassing the applications and tools utilized by providers daily, from architecture to implementation.

• Transform new 0→1 products and services from idea to launch.

• Work across the full stack, including mobile and web frontends, backend APIs, and services.

• Integrate observability, automated testing, and CI/CD into the product.

• Collaborate with product teams, design, operations, and providers.

• Set engineering standards through code, reviews, and technical decisions.

⛳️ Requirements

• Generally, 5+ years of experience as a senior full-stack engineer.

• Proficient in React Native and TypeScript.

• Proven experience in taking new products or services from inception to production.

• Knowledgeable in performance, reliability, polish, clean abstractions, and observability.

• Experienced in instrumenting deployed work and monitoring it in a production environment.

• Strong product judgment.

• Authentic motivation for increasing access to medical massage and therapy for members and veterans.

• Background in healthcare, including familiarity with clinical workflows, FHIR/HL7, HIPAA-regulated systems, or health-tech products (preferred).

• Experience in building solutions for field or gig workforces, marketplaces, or products that require heavy scheduling (preferred).

• Solid backend expertise and comfort working across service boundaries (preferred).

• Experience in establishing observability stacks and mobile CI/CD processes (preferred).
