Senior Full Stack Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Egypt.

📋 Description

• Design, develop, and deploy a multi-tenant SaaS platform, encompassing backend services, web applications, mobile apps, and integrations with third-party services.

• Collaborate extensively with AI coding and development tools to enhance delivery processes while reviewing, testing, debugging, and refining AI-generated code.

• Assume responsibility for code quality, architecture, testing, performance, and readiness for production.

• Oversee infrastructure, deployment, monitoring, and application operations on Amazon Web Services (AWS).

• Implement and uphold robust application and data security measures, particularly concerning sensitive payroll and financial data.

• Integrate and manage third-party APIs, including those for payroll, banking, telephony, telematics, and various other business systems.

• Collaborate directly with the founder to convert product requirements into scalable technical solutions.

• Take charge of both web and mobile development as needed, including applications developed with React Native.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 6 years of professional software development experience.

• Demonstrated success in building and launching at least one SaaS product with actual paying customers.

• Strong practical experience with React and either Node.js/TypeScript or Python.

• Proficient in PostgreSQL and AWS.

• Experience with React Native, or a strong willingness and capability to take charge of mobile application development.

• Familiarity with integrating external APIs, especially those related to payroll, banking, telephony, telematics, or similar third-party services.

• Practical knowledge of application security, encompassing authentication, encryption, secrets management, and least-privilege access principles.

• Comfortable engaging with AI-assisted software development and accountable for the resulting code quality.

• Proficient in both written and spoken English.
