Senior Full Stack Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ukraine.

📋 Description

• Develop AI-native products utilizing dependable, secure, and high-quality data systems.

• Collaborate on data ingestion, transformation, storage, APIs, product interfaces, AI workflows, agentic systems, and observability.

• Construct secure and scalable full-stack product features.

• Create designs for data models, APIs, integrations, and backend architecture.

• Establish reliable data pipelines with robust validation and observability.

• Deliver high-value, trustworthy AI/LLM-driven features.

• Develop secure agentic workflows with defined tools, permissions, logging, evaluations, and failure management.

• Troubleshoot issues across ingestion, transformation, database, API, UI, and AI contexts.

• Design systems prioritizing security, privacy, auditability, and observability.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 8 years of experience in building production software.

• Proficient in TypeScript, React, and SQL.

• Extensive skills in backend architecture, API, data modeling, and production debugging.

• Considerable experience with data pipelines, integrations, or data-intensive systems.

• Proven experience in developing systems that manage sensitive, regulated, and high-trust data.

• Practical experience in delivering robust AI/LLM-powered features.

• Strong comprehension of evaluations, hallucinations, malformed outputs, retrieval quality, latency, cost, model drift, and provider risk.

• Ability to exercise good judgment regarding the use of LLMs, retrieval, enhanced data foundations, or deterministic code.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English.

• High sense of ownership, agency, and humility.

• Knowledge of prompt injection, permission boundaries, data exfiltration risks, secrets management, audit logs, and human-in-the-loop reviews.

• Familiarity with access control, Postgres RLS, PII handling, secrets management, audit trails, least privilege, secure integrations, and safe utilization of third-party APIs.

• Experience with Supabase, Postgres RLS, Deno, Modal, embeddings, vector search, transcription, GPU workloads, or similar infrastructures is especially advantageous.

• Proficiency in data validation, reconciliation, lineage, observability, or audit systems is particularly beneficial.

• Background in AI evaluations, AI observability, agent testing, or red-teaming AI systems is especially valuable.
