Senior Full Stack Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Develop secure and scalable full-stack product functionalities.

• Architect data models, APIs, integrations, and backend systems.

• Construct dependable data pipelines featuring robust validation and observability.

• Deliver high-value, trusted AI/LLM-driven functionalities.

• Establish secure agentic workflows incorporating scoped tools, permissions, logging, evaluations, and error management.

• Troubleshoot issues across ingestion, transformation, database, API, UI, and AI contexts.

• Create systems that prioritize security, privacy, auditability, and observability.

• Collaborate across data ingestion, transformation, storage, APIs, product surfaces, AI workflows, agentic systems, and observability.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 8 years of experience in building production software.

• Proficient in TypeScript, React, and SQL.

• Extensive skills in backend architecture, API development, data modeling, and production debugging.

• Considerable experience with data pipelines, integrations, or data-intensive systems.

• Background in constructing systems that manage sensitive, regulated, and high-trust data.

• Production experience in delivering robust AI/LLM-driven functionalities.

• Strong knowledge of evaluations, hallucinations, malformed outputs, retrieval quality, latency, costs, model drift, and provider risks.

• Good judgment regarding the use of LLMs, retrieval, enhanced data foundations, or deterministic coding.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English.

• High sense of ownership, agency, and a low-ego approach.

• Familiarity with prompt injection, permission boundaries, data exfiltration risks, secrets management, audit logs, and human-in-the-loop reviews.

• Comfort with access control, Postgres RLS, PII management, secrets handling, audit trails, least privilege, secure integrations, and safe third-party API usage.

• Experience with resilient data pipelines, data validation, reconciliation, lineage tracking, observability, audit systems, AI evaluations, AI observability, agent testing, or AI red-teaming.

• Background in high-trust data sectors such as finance, investment, legal, healthcare, or enterprise SaaS.

• Familiarity with Supabase, Postgres RLS, Deno, Modal, embeddings, vector search, transcription, GPU workloads, or comparable infrastructure.
