Senior Full Stack Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Albania.

📋 Description

• Develop and deliver production-grade systems that integrate software engineering, data infrastructure, and AI capabilities.

• Create secure and scalable full-stack product features.

• Design data models, APIs, integrations, and backend architectures.

• Construct reliable data pipelines with robust validation and observability.

• Launch high-value, high-trust features powered by AI/LLM.

• Develop safe agentic workflows with controlled tools, permissions, logging, evaluations, and error handling.

• Troubleshoot issues across ingestion, transformation, database, API, UI, and AI contexts.

• Design systems with a focus on security, privacy, auditability, and observability.

• Collaborate on data ingestion, transformation, storage, APIs, product surfaces, AI workflows, agentic systems, and observability.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 8 years of experience in building production software.

• Proficient in TypeScript, React, and SQL.

• Expertise in backend architecture, API development, data modeling, and production debugging.

• Extensive experience with data pipelines, integrations, or data-intensive systems.

• Proven track record in developing systems that manage sensitive, regulated, and high-trust data.

• Practical experience in delivering robust AI/LLM-powered features.

• Strong grasp of evaluations, hallucinations, malformed outputs, retrieval quality, latency, cost, model drift, and provider risk.

• Good judgment regarding the use of LLMs, retrieval mechanisms, enhanced data foundations, or deterministic code.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

• High ownership, strong agency, and a modest attitude.

• Knowledge of prompt injection, permission boundaries, data exfiltration risks, secrets management, audit logs, and human-in-the-loop reviews.

• Comfort with access control measures, Postgres RLS, PII management, secrets handling, audit trails, least privilege, secure integrations, and safe use of third-party APIs.

• Experience with data validation, reconciliation, lineage, observability, or audit systems.

• Familiarity with AI evaluations, AI observability, agent testing, or red-teaming AI systems.

• Experience with tools such as Supabase, Postgres RLS, Deno, Modal, embeddings, vector searches, transcription, GPU workloads, or similar infrastructures is a plus.
