Senior Full-Stack Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia.

📋 Description

• Take full ownership of the codebase as the lead engineer.

• Develop features, address issues, and ensure production stability.

• Streamline manual processes to minimize operational burdens.

• Identify the root causes and resolve production incidents related to memory and heap problems, third-party API edge cases, and queue backups.

• Execute daily deployments and infrastructure modifications across the AWS ecosystem.

• Create and manage AI agent workflows using Claude Code throughout the repository.

• Handle assigned tasks, identify gaps independently, and provide dependable estimates.

• Conceptualize and develop new products from the ground up during peak build periods.

• Provide clear updates on issues, resolutions, and progress.

• Consider the impact on customers and carefully manage billing code.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 8 years of senior full-stack experience.

• Expertise in TypeScript and Node at a senior level.

• Strong experience with Angular, including the latest versions.

• Comprehensive AWS operations experience with ECS Fargate, Lambda, SQS, Aurora MySQL and Postgres, SES, CodePipeline, and CodeBuild.

• Proven debugging skills in production systems with active customers.

• Extensive daily use of AI coding tools, particularly Claude Code, with experience in building agent workflows.

• Background in small or lean-team settings with complete ownership of projects.

• Ability to showcase your previous work.

• Proficiency in English for client interactions and technical discussions.

• Familiarity with React, email deliverability, mailbox-provider APIs, PHP/Laravel, Stripe or billing, Linux/Ansible, sales-tech/martech, open-source contributions, agent/MCP tooling, or local developer-community involvement is a plus.
