Senior Full Stack Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Develop comprehensive full stack solutions that span both frontend and backend systems, prioritizing scalability, performance, and reliability in a production environment.

• Create user-centric applications utilizing React, Next.js, and TypeScript.

• Design and develop backend services, APIs, and data models using Kotlin or Java in conjunction with Spring.

• Engage with SQL databases such as MariaDB, Postgres, or other similar technologies.

• Contribute to the development of asynchronous and event-driven architectures.

• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and engineers to influence technical decisions and achieve business objectives.

• Take ownership of the software development lifecycle, encompassing design, implementation, testing, and deployment.

• Ensure that systems are observable via logs, metrics, and tracing mechanisms.

• Assist in the enhancement of agentic and AI-assisted development workflows using tools like Claude.

• Provide mentorship to team members and help cultivate engineering best practices.

• Deliver exceptional customer experiences across acquisition, conversion, funding, and sustained growth.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in developing production systems across both frontend and backend.

• Proficient in React, Next.js, and TypeScript.

• Extensive backend experience with Kotlin, Java, Spring, or related technologies.

• Familiarity with building APIs and working with SQL databases.

• Solid understanding of distributed systems concepts, especially asynchronous processing.

• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS or GCP and working within containerized environments.

• Strong background with observability tools like Grafana, OpenTelemetry, or comparable tools.

• Experience integrating AI tools into development workflows and knowledge of agentic patterns.

• Familiarity with event streaming systems such as Kafka.

• Background in consumer or fintech products.
