Senior Full-Stack Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Armenia.

📋 Description

• Design, develop, and sustain production-level React and TypeScript applications, providing scalable and dependable user-facing features.

• Create and manage significant Node.js/TypeScript backend services and APIs.

• Participate in architecture and technical design choices.

• Build, deploy, and manage applications within the AWS environment.

• Ensure systems are reliable, scalable, high-performing, and maintainable.

• Design and engage with PostgreSQL databases, covering schemas, queries, migrations, data modeling, and performance enhancement.

• Collaborate with engineering leaders and team members on architecture, implementation, code quality, and production results.

• Diagnose production issues, enhance existing systems, and contribute to engineering standards and long-term technical strategies.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 7 years of professional software engineering experience.

• Proven history of managing and delivering production systems.

• Consistent employment history.

• Strong, recent, hands-on experience with React and TypeScript for building production frontend applications.

• Significant, recent experience with Node.js and TypeScript on the backend, including the management of production APIs or services.

• Practical experience with AWS and PostgreSQL in production environments.

• Preferred experience with AWS Fargate/ECS, containers, S3, and CloudFront.

• Proficiency in Russian is required.

• Strong English communication skills adequate for discussing technical decisions, architecture, responsibilities, and production results.

• Experience in fintech, payments, regulated systems, or SOC 1/SOC 2 is considered a strong advantage.
