Senior Full Stack Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Belarus.

📋 Description

• Design, develop, and sustain scalable microservices utilizing NestJS or Go.

• Create Angular frontends that interact with backend microservices.

• Implement end-to-end real-time communication features using Kafka, MQTT, native sockets, and Socket.IO.

• Develop high-performance user interfaces with Angular and TypeScript leveraging RxJS and Redux / NgRx.

• Convert Figma designs into user-friendly, responsive UI components.

• Collaborate with DevOps to deploy and manage services across GCP and AWS environments.

• Work on video streaming solutions and integrate protocols such as RTMP, HLS, and WebRTC.

• Optimize APIs for high availability, performance, and scalability.

• Contribute to architectural choices and participate in code reviews.

• Mentor junior engineers.

• Keep up-to-date with emerging technologies and incorporate them into development processes.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of full-stack engineering experience, demonstrating strong expertise in both backend and frontend development.

• At least 3 years of experience with NestJS or Go.

• Familiarity with microservices architecture and distributed systems.

• Strong skills in Angular and TypeScript.

• Comprehensive knowledge of reactive programming, including RxJS and state management with Redux / NgRx.

• Proficiency in messaging systems like Kafka or MQTT.

• Practical experience with Socket.IO or native socket programming for real-time applications.

• Experience with cloud platforms such as GCP and AWS.

• Solid understanding of containerization, with exposure to Kubernetes.

• Strong expertise in JavaScript/TypeScript (Node.js).

• Experience with both SQL and NoSQL databases, as well as caching technologies like Redis.

• Skilled in interpreting and implementing UI/UX designs from Figma.

• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and version control systems (Git).

• Preferred: Experience with video streaming protocols (HLS, RTMP, WebRTC).

• Preferred: Proficiency in Go or Rust for high-performance backend services.

• Preferred: Experience with React.

• Preferred: Background in an agile environment that emphasizes continuous improvement.

• Preferred: Knowledge of security best practices for API design, data protection, and infrastructure.
