Senior Full Stack Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Create full-stack functionalities utilizing Ruby on Rails APIs/services for the backend and Angular 20 for the frontend.

• Collaborate on various projects including Recall, AI, and Service Engine, adapting to changing priorities.

• Develop and sustain essential platform services used by Mobile, AI, and Data teams.

• Identify and resolve issues across the entire stack, tracing problems from the user interface to the API and data.

• Establish technical direction as a senior contributor and offer architectural insights.

• Guide engineers and participate in code reviews and the establishment of testing standards.

• Gain proficiency across multiple product domains instead of focusing on a single area.

• Manage features from concept through to production delivery.

• Work collaboratively with teams in Product, Marketing, and Customer Success.

• Assist in ensuring that products are released on schedule, within budget, and of the highest quality.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 6 years of professional software engineering experience.

• Extensive hands-on experience with Ruby on Rails.

• Strong hands-on experience with Angular v17+, preferably Angular 20.

• Ability to work across the full stack and in various product areas.

• Proven track record of managing features from specification to production.

• Comfortable working with independence and navigating ambiguity.

• Bonus: experience with fleet/scheduling systems, automotive SaaS, or tools for B2B dealers.

• Familiarity with CI tools such as Semaphore or GitHub Actions.

• Experience with AI-assisted development workflows like Cursor or CodeRabbit.

• Legally permitted to work for any employer in the United States.
