Senior Full-Stack Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Take complete ownership of product features from initial design to final production.

• Create user-facing applications utilizing React and TypeScript.

• Develop and deploy backend services using Python and FastAPI.

• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and engineering colleagues to transform complex challenges into delivered software solutions.

• Engage in code reviews and contribute to the enhancement of engineering best practices.

• Enhance development workflows, focusing on testing, CI/CD, and observability.

• Play a role in various areas including backend services, data infrastructure, and the web application that supports the healthcare AI platform.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of robust full-stack development experience with Python (FastAPI or similar) and TypeScript using React.

• Proficient in designing schemas and executing complex SQL queries on relational databases.

• Experience with PostgreSQL.

• Familiarity with Docker and CI/CD workflows.

• Knowledge of Redis, queueing systems, or other components of a modern production stack.

• Proven experience in building and managing production systems within a cloud environment.

• Experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP).

• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.

• Background in fast-paced, early-stage settings requiring ownership and minimal support.

• Availability to overlap significantly with U.S. Eastern business hours during the workday.

• Experience in regulated environments with a focus on security in design is a plus.

• Familiarity with infrastructure-as-code practices using Terraform is advantageous.
