Senior Full-Stack Engineer – AI Cost Visibility

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Sweden, +5 more countries.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of features from inception to completion, including understanding customer challenges, design, implementation, release, monitoring, and iterative improvements.

• Establish completion criteria while ensuring reliability, enhancing user experience, and demonstrating measurable impact.

• Suggest product initiatives based on customer requirements.

• Gain insight into AI expenditures, covering token and model pricing, inference and GPU economics, as well as usage distribution among teams and projects.

• Leverage AI tools daily to navigate codebases and vendor APIs, create prototypes, generate and review code, debug, write tests, and create documentation.

• Architect, develop, and scale backend services using Go.

• Create product experiences utilizing TypeScript and React.

• Transform extensive cost and usage data into clear, efficient, and reliable user interfaces.

• Develop API-first functionalities usable by both humans and agents.

• Engage in comprehensive design reviews and set engineering standards.

• Mentor colleagues and disseminate knowledge.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 7 years of professional experience in software engineering.

• Background in multi-tenant SaaS product development.

• Proven history of managing features or products from start to finish in a production environment.

• Proficiency in Go for backend services, APIs, data processing, and operational tasks.

• Strong skills in TypeScript and modern React.

• Capability to work across the stack, from data modeling to user interface.

• Experience in building applications on public cloud platforms; GCP preferred, with AWS or Azure accepted.

• Proficient in SQL, particularly with analytical databases like BigQuery.

• Possess a product-oriented mindset.

• Familiarity with AI tools integrated into the engineering workflow.

• Solid understanding of software engineering best practices, design patterns, and architectural principles.

• Ability to guide others in setting direction.

• Comfortable navigating ambiguity in a rapidly evolving market.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English.
