
Senior Full-Stack Engineer – AI Cost Visibility

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Estonia, +5 more countries.
• Take ownership of features throughout their lifecycle, from identifying customer challenges to design, implementation, release, monitoring, and iteration.
• Establish completion criteria while ensuring reliability, user experience, and measurable impact.
• Suggest and prioritize tasks based on customer requirements.
• Comprehend AI expenditures, including token and model pricing, inference and GPU economics, and usage rollups.
• Articulate the value of features to customers and apply product judgment in design decisions.
• Utilize AI on a daily basis to investigate codebases and vendor APIs, prototype, generate and review code, debug, write tests, and produce documentation.
• Assess agentic tools and identify where AI enhances velocity versus where human quality control is necessary.
• Design, develop, and expand backend services using Go.
• Create product experiences utilizing TypeScript and React.
• Convert cost and usage data into clear, rapid, and reliable interfaces.
• Develop API-first functionalities that are accessible through APIs for both humans and agents.
• Conduct thorough design reviews and set engineering guidelines.
• Mentor colleagues and disseminate knowledge.
• Over 7 years of professional software engineering experience, including multi-tenant SaaS products, with a proven history of owning features or products end-to-end in production.
• Proficient in Go for backend services, APIs, data processing, and the operational realities of managing them.
• Strong skills in TypeScript and modern React.
• Capability to take ownership of a feature from the data model to the user interface.
• Experience in building on public cloud platforms; GCP preferred, AWS or Azure accepted.
• Proficient in SQL for analytical stores like BigQuery.
• Product-oriented mindset.
• Familiarity with AI tools integrated into the engineering workflow.
• Solid understanding of software engineering practices, design patterns, and architectural principles.
• Ability to guide and set direction for others.
• Comfortable navigating ambiguity in a rapidly evolving market.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Self-organized, goal-oriented, self-motivated, confident, meticulous, and persistent.
• Knowledge of FinOps and FinOps products is a significant advantage.
• A BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience is a bonus, but not mandatory.
