Senior Full-Stack Developer – React, Node.js

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Create, develop, and sustain scalable front-end applications utilizing React.js, JavaScript/TypeScript, and contemporary web technologies.

• Work collaboratively with Product Owners, UX/UI Designers, Back-End Engineers, Architects, and DevOps specialists.

• Build and maintain Node.js and Express.js services to support front-end applications and API integrations.

• Engage in architectural discussions, technical decision-making, code reviews, and the implementation of best practices.

• Design, execute, and uphold automated unit, integration, and end-to-end testing strategies.

• Act as a technical advisor, offering guidance and mentorship to development teams and stakeholders.

• Collaborate with distributed international teams in English-speaking settings.

⛳️ Requirements

• Extensive experience with React.js and modern JavaScript (ES6+).

• Proficiency in TypeScript.

• Solid understanding of HTML5, CSS3, responsive design, and web accessibility (WCAG).

• Familiarity with Redux, Context API, Zustand, or similar technologies.

• Knowledge of component-based architecture and front-end design patterns.

• Practical experience in designing and implementing Micro Frontends architectures.

• Experience with Webpack Module Federation or equivalent technologies.

• Understanding of scalable front-end integration patterns and independent deployment strategies.

• Strong expertise in Node.js and Express.js.

• Experience in building RESTful APIs and integrating services.

• Knowledge of API security and authentication and authorization mechanisms.

• Familiarity with Jest and React Testing Library.

• Understanding of code quality and static analysis tools.

• Practical experience with AI-based development tools and workflows.

• Ability to safely assess and integrate AI-generated code while ensuring quality, security, and compliance.

• Excellent problem-solving and analytical capabilities.

• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

• Capacity to work independently and collaborate with global teams.

• Proactive attitude, sense of ownership, and dedication to achieving results.

• Experience within Agile/Scrum environments.

• Advanced to fluent spoken and written English is mandatory.

• Ability to engage in technical discussions, architecture reviews, client meetings, workshops, and daily collaboration with international teams.

• Strong presentation skills and proficiency in English-language documentation.
