Senior Full Stack Developer, React, .NET C#

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ukraine.

📋 Description

• Design and develop applications based on microservices architecture and contemporary React front-end solutions.

• Collaborate with product management and business stakeholders to comprehend user needs and implement enhancements and new features.

• Assess and integrate emerging technologies, cloud-native architectures, containerization, as well as modern React and .NET frameworks.

• Advocate for best practices, continuous improvement, code quality, innovation, and enhancements in user experience.

• Contribute to solution architecture, estimates, feature roadmaps, and strategic technology initiatives.

• Suggest and deploy modern technological solutions to meet business requirements and overcome challenges.

• Conduct code reviews and uphold development standards through peer reviews, automated testing, and quality assurance procedures.

• Guide junior developers in application design, coding, testing, configuration, deployment, and maintenance.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related technical field.

• Over 7 years of professional experience in full-stack software development utilizing React and .NET C#.

• Extensive expertise in React and C#/.NET Core development for high-volume, low-latency applications and services.

• In-depth knowledge of microservices, micro frontends, Backend-for-Frontend (BFF) patterns, APIs, and event-driven architecture design and implementation.

• Strong front-end development skills using React and modern JavaScript frameworks.

• Thorough understanding of relational databases and SQL.

• Solid grasp of software design principles related to security, scalability, performance, and reliability.

• Experience in Agile software development environments, including Scrum, Kanban, or similar methodologies.

• Proven ability to collaborate with product management, business stakeholders, and technical teams to gather requirements and communicate technical designs and solutions.

• Experience in building cloud-based solutions, ideally within Microsoft Azure environments.

• Familiarity with AI technologies, tools, and emerging industry trends.

• Proficiency in spoken and written English at an Upper-Intermediate level or higher is required.

• Preferred: experience in developing enterprise-scale platforms, business applications, or data-driven solutions.

• Preferred: experience in regulated industries or environments where data quality, security, and compliance are critical considerations.
