Senior Full-Stack Developer, Node.js

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Assist the Fulfillment team in improving and reestablishing the generation and validation of event tickets, along with their distribution.

• Create and develop new functionalities, from the analysis of requirements to implementation.

• Make solution-focused, practical, and commercially viable choices when balancing innovative concepts with optimal software design.

• Oversee processes, especially with a focus on scalability.

• Assume DevOps responsibilities in collaboration with two administrators.

• Adhere to the “you build it, you run it” philosophy.

• Develop and improve online ticketing software within sprint cycles.

⛳️ Requirements

• Engage in agile teams with a self-directed and proactive mindset.

• Experience with distributed systems.

• Knowledge across frontend, backend, infrastructure, and database layers.

• Several years of professional experience with Node.js.

• Proficient in JavaScript; TypeScript is advantageous.

• Understanding of clean architecture and interfaces.

• Experience with unit testing and version control using Git.

• Eagerness to learn new programming languages, technologies, and methodologies.

• Fluent in English.

• Competent in German, at least at the B2 level.

• Familiarity with Domain-Driven Design (DDD) or knowledge of AWS is a plus.
