Senior Full-Stack Developer – Java, React

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Design, create, and uphold scalable applications utilizing Java and contemporary frontend technologies.

• Set an example and guide a development team in their daily operations.

• Continuously enhance engineering methodologies.

• Facilitate technical discussions and play a key role in architecture decisions.

• Work closely with stakeholders, product owners, and cross-functional teams.

• Ensure the production of clean, maintainable, and thoroughly tested code.

• Take charge of features and independently deliver comprehensive solutions.

• Develop telecommunications solutions for voice, messaging, data, 5G IoT, roaming, signaling, and cloud communications sectors.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience in commercial software development using Java.

• Extensive experience with Java 17+, Spring, Spring Boot, Hibernate, and JPA.

• Proficient in API design and development.

• Strong knowledge of relational and NoSQL databases.

• Expertise in crafting and optimizing complex SQL queries.

• Solid understanding of design patterns, principles of clean code, and testing practices.

• Experience in Agile/Scrum environments.

• Excellent communication skills in English.

• Willingness to incorporate modern AI tools in daily development workflows, such as GitHub Copilot, Claude Code, and ChatGPT.

• Background in participating in projects during their initial phases, including defining solutions, collaborating with architects, and assessing alternative strategies.

• Comfortable taking responsibility for technical decisions or defending a proposed solution when necessary.

• Willingness to travel internationally for business purposes.

• Leadership mindset coupled with a hands-on approach.

• Proactive, self-motivated, and solution-focused attitude.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

• Team-oriented with a collaborative spirit.

• Capable of accurately estimating work and adhering to delivery schedules.

• Solid understanding of JavaScript and React.js.

• Experience with microservices architecture.

• Familiarity with cloud and cloud-native platforms; AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.

• Experience with OSS/BSS integrations.

• Knowledge of CAMARA and GSMA standards is a plus.

• Experience with Test-Driven Development (TDD).

• Background in performance tuning and system optimization.
