Senior Full-Stack Developer, C# / React

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Design and implement services and APIs using C# (.NET / .NET Core) in accordance with REST, SOLID, Clean Architecture, and Clean Code principles.

• Construct and sustain scalable, accessible React interfaces utilizing Hooks, Context, and global state management, ideally with TypeScript.

• Model data and execute efficient queries in SQL databases (PostgreSQL, SQL Server, MySQL) as well as NoSQL databases (MongoDB, DynamoDB).

• Ensure quality assurance through unit, integration, and end-to-end testing, code reviews, and robust engineering practices.

• Protect security (authN/authZ, OWASP Top 10), observability (structured logs, metrics, tracing), and performance standards.

• Advocate for best practices and take an active role in code and design reviews.

• Collaborate effectively with Product, QA, and UX teams during discovery and continuous delivery in Lean, Agile, and Kanban/Scrum settings.

• Engage in end-to-end SaaS solutions tailored for the Brazilian insurance sector.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficient in backend development using C# (.NET) and frontend development utilizing React.

• In-depth understanding of REST APIs, API versioning, and integration with third-party services.

• Practical experience with .NET Core, including dependency injection, middleware, and HTTP pipelines.

• Hands-on experience with Docker in actual projects (building, distributing, and operating applications across various environments).

• Established experience with SQL (relational modeling and optimized queries) and NoSQL databases.

• Familiarity with Git, CI/CD, automated testing, and continuous integration (GitHub, GitLab, Azure DevOps).

• Background in scalable architectures, caching solutions, messaging (e.g., RabbitMQ, Kafka), and observability practices.

• Experience in using and developing software development and engineering agents.

• Background in applied AI development.

• Familiarity with Claude, Copilot, or modern IDEs like Cursor.

• Currently enrolled in a technology-related degree program.

• Excellent communication skills, independence, and a strong sense of ownership.

• Preferred: experience with Entity Framework Core, Dapper, or similar ORMs.

• Preferred: knowledge of TypeScript for frontend development.

• Preferred: experience with frameworks in the React ecosystem (Next.js, React Query, Redux Toolkit).

• Preferred: experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP), Terraform, and Kubernetes.

• Preferred: experience with API security (OAuth2, OIDC, JWT), feature flags, and blue/green or canary deployments.

• Preferred: involvement in communities, technical writing, or contributions to open-source projects.
