Senior Full Stack Developer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia.

📋 Description

• Develop backend code using Kotlin or Python and frontend with React, Redux, and TypeScript.

• Design software and assist in its implementation.

• Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Analytics, and other engineering teams at Affirm.

• Create APIs and data models in accordance with the established service-oriented architecture.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 6 years of experience as a senior full stack software engineer.

• Strong expertise in backend development with Python or Kotlin.

• Proficient in frontend technologies including React, Redux, and TypeScript.

• Solid understanding of best practices in relational database systems.

• Comprehensive knowledge of distributed systems and the impact of architectural decisions on performance and maintainability.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Project management skills with a high degree of organization and capability.

• Experience with backend services and CloudOps using Python.
