Senior Full Stack Developer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia.

📋 Description

• Design, implement, and maintain comprehensive functionalities (Frontend and Backend), ensuring high performance, scalability, and code quality.

• Integrate Artificial Intelligence into daily operations to generate code, build agents, implement MCPs, automate workflows, and accelerate delivery times.

• Bring designs to life while maintaining pixel-perfect precision in the interface without losing sight of backend stability.

• Participate in the entire process from conceptualization and architectural design to deployment and monitoring in production, making informed technical decisions.

• Actively engage in product definition, proposing technical and functional improvements aligned with Bia's business objectives.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven track record of building and scaling complex digital products with React and solid backend environments (Go, Node, Python, or others).

• Mastery of PostgreSQL and Firebase, robust API design, data modeling, and scalability patterns.

• Demonstrated ability to iterate quickly using modern AI-assisted development tools (complex prompts, agency, skill creation, and automation).

• Aesthetic judgment and attention to detail in the frontend to ensure visual quality and usability are not compromised.

• Ability to prioritize your own work, communicate blockers in a timely manner, understand business metrics, and resolve ambiguous problems.
