Senior Full Stack Developer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Take the lead in designing and developing efficient multi-user web applications suitable for both server and browser execution, ensuring cloud deployment capabilities.

• Engage in activities throughout all stages of the application development and deployment lifecycle, utilizing agile methodologies.

• Work closely with the product team and clients to determine technical solutions that fulfill business requirements, implementing them in an efficient and effective manner.

• Produce well-architected, testable, efficient, reliable, and secure code that aligns with business objectives and adheres to the corporate reference architecture, employing principles of code reuse.

• Oversee and manage code quality and maintainability, ensuring thorough documentation, as well as designing and executing unit and integration tests.

• Foster continuous improvement by suggesting alternative solutions and technologies to review the application architecture.

• Contribute to strategic technical decisions regarding solution development.

• Bachelor's degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, Engineering (other specialties), Mathematics, or Physics.

• Degree in Systems Analysis and Development or Internet Systems.

• A minimum of 5 years of demonstrated experience in web application (Web App) development.

• Proficient in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, ReactJS, and NextJS, with hands-on experience.

• Familiarity with Java.

• Experience using IDEs such as Visual Studio, NetBeans, or Eclipse.

• Knowledge of PostgreSQL and experience with NoSQL databases.

• Understanding of frameworks.

• Knowledge of OOP, Web Services, XML, SOA, and microservices.

• Familiarity with application architecture and design patterns.

• Demonstrated proactive ownership, self-directed learning, readiness to tackle challenges, and strong engagement.

• Capability to work within self-managing teams.

• Experience in building partnerships across different company departments.

• Familiarity with code quality and best practices, including TDD and unit testing.

• At least 5 years of proven experience with Scrum, XP, and Agile methodologies.

• Additional specialization courses in web technologies are advantageous.

• Graduate-level coursework is a plus.

• Proficiency in technical English is beneficial.
