Senior Full-Stack Developer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois, +3 more states.

📋 Description

• Create and implement intricate, scalable web applications and services.

• Develop and uphold dependable, accessible, and responsive applications that align with Associated Bank’s digital and API initiatives.

• Examine and convert business and technical requirements into application solutions.

• Program, test, troubleshoot, document, and deploy application components along with deployment scripts.

• Lead development initiatives and work collaboratively with internal teams, vendors, and consultants.

• Assess new technology stacks, open-source libraries, design patterns, and development methodologies.

• Mentor junior developers as well as new team members.

• Ensure a consistent and intuitive user experience across various browsers, devices, and computing environments.

• Share personal experiences during the recruiting and hiring process.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Technology, Design, Visual Arts, Communications, or a similar combination of education and experience.

• Over 6 years of experience in developing or designing component-based web, mobile, or desktop applications.

• Proficient understanding of user-centered design principles.

• Advanced skills in JavaScript, including Node.js, React, Angular, and contemporary build tools.

• Strong background in HTML, CSS, and CSS preprocessors.

• Familiarity with Docker and Kubernetes (preferred).

• Experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP (preferred).

• Proficiency in C#, .NET, Java, Python, PHP, SQL, or other modern programming languages (preferred).

• Knowledge of responsive web design and accessibility standards (preferred).

• Experience in mentoring developers or managing development projects (preferred).

• Must pass a comprehensive background check successfully.

• Must adhere to relevant laws, regulations, and organizational policies.

• Must report any suspicious activities, customer complaints, procedural violations, and ethical issues as required.
