Senior Full Stack Developer – AI Product

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Croatia.

📋 Description

• Assume responsibility for critical components of the AI and software architecture.

• Design and develop scalable AI agent systems, which include multi-step reasoning, decision pipelines, and tool utilization.

• Construct and enhance systems based on LLM, focusing on prompting, tooling, memory, and orchestration.

• Guarantee the reliability and quality of AI outputs through thorough evaluation, monitoring, and implementing guardrails.

• Develop frameworks for observability and evaluation, incorporating regression testing for AI systems.

• Collaborate closely with Product and Business teams to transform operational challenges into scalable technical solutions.

• Make technical decisions that will have a long-term influence on architecture, technology stack, and scalability.

• Deliver solutions utilized by customers.

• Create CERA AI, an AI agent that streamlines real logistics processes such as processing incoming emails, negotiating prices, and transferring transport orders.

⛳️ Requirements

• 6–8+ years of experience in software engineering.

• Preferably, hands-on experience in developing AI/LLM-based products or systems.

• Proficient in Python, ideally with experience in Django or a similar framework.

• Familiarity with LLM APIs such as OpenAI, Claude, or comparable platforms.

• Understanding of AI system design that extends beyond simple API integration.

• Experience with evaluation techniques, monitoring, and observability.

• Ability to conceptualize systems rather than focusing on individual features.

• Strong grasp of the trade-offs between speed, reliability, and quality.

• High sense of ownership and capability to work autonomously.

• A pragmatic approach centered on building, delivering, and enhancing real products.

• Professional working proficiency in English.
