Senior Full Stack Developer – AI Focus

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Design, develop, and sustain web applications and services utilizing contemporary application development methodologies and AI technologies.

• Create and implement RESTful APIs and microservices for seamless integration across enterprise systems.

• Construct and manage responsive, dynamic front-end applications utilizing Angular, React, or comparable frameworks.

• Work collaboratively with architects and business analysts to convert requirements into technical designs and deliverables.

• Assist in modernizing legacy systems into cloud-native architectures using Azure or AWS platforms.

• Conduct code reviews, unit testing, and debugging to ensure the delivery of high-quality, maintainable code.

• Engage in Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, backlog refinement, and daily stand-ups.

• Resolve production issues and contribute to the ongoing enhancement of development processes.

• Ensure compliance with federal cybersecurity and quality assurance standards.

• Support federal mission systems while collaborating with technical leaders, architects, and business stakeholders.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.

• Over 10 years of practical software development experience with .NET (C#) or Java (Spring Boot).

• Proficient in front-end development skills using Angular, React, or similar modern frameworks.

• Familiarity with REST APIs, microservices, and principles of object-oriented design.

• Expertise in SQL Server, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB databases.

• Knowledge of Azure or AWS cloud environments and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).

• Experience with version control systems (Git) and CI/CD pipelines.

• Strong comprehension of Agile/Scrum delivery methodologies.

• US Citizenship is required.

• Must be eligible for a Public Trust clearance.

• Preferred: experience in application development within a Federal IT consulting environment.

• Preferred: understanding of API gateways, message brokers (Kafka, RabbitMQ), and system integration involving .NET and Java.

• Preferred: background in DevSecOps pipelines and automated testing tools.

• Preferred: cloud certifications such as Azure Developer Associate, AWS Developer, etc.

• Preferred: familiarity with FISMA, FedRAMP, and NIST compliance standards.
