Senior Frontend Software Engineering

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Develop features utilizing React, TypeScript, and Next.js

• Execute migration projects and create AI-first experiences, encompassing assessments, feedback, expectations, and manager journeys

• Collaborate closely with Figma and the design system (Nub/5 / Tailwind)

• Integrate with APIs, managing authentication, loading and error states, as well as extensive AI workflows

• Employ AI coding tools on a daily basis to enhance efficiency while ensuring accountability for quality, architecture, and code reviews

• Establish frontend standards and assist the team in delivering high-quality work

• Produce product UI, elevate frontend craftsmanship, and spearhead initiatives alongside Product, Design, and Backend teams

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficient in React and TypeScript for intricate product UIs

• Expertise in design system development, including tokens, accessibility, and Figma fidelity

• Comprehensive ownership of projects, from scoping to pull requests and final delivery

• Proficient English communication skills for specifications, pull requests, and asynchronous teamwork

• Effective integration of AI into your workflow, utilizing tools like Cursor, Copilot, or Claude—where you lead the work and AI enhances it

• Background as a Senior or Lead Frontend Engineer

• Preferred: Experience with Next.js App Router

• Preferred: Familiarity with HR, performance management, or back-office products

• Preferred: Experience in designing AI-driven product UX, including drafts, chat, and human-in-the-loop workflows
