Senior Frontend Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States, +1 more country.

📋 Description

• Design and create high-performance, production-level user interfaces using React, Redux or similar state management tools, along with TypeScript.

• Implement AI throughout the delivery lifecycle and set guidelines for reviewing generated code, ensuring provenance, licensing, and customer-data prompts are maintained.

• Develop front-end interfaces that incorporate AI-driven features such as chat functions, content generation, and intelligent recommendations.

• Take responsibility for the performance, scalability, and reliability of applications that cater to high traffic and customer engagement.

• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and backend engineers to swiftly transition features from conception to production.

• Establish and uphold frontend engineering standards focusing on component reusability, design-system consistency, testing coverage, and stringent code review processes.

• Provide mentorship to mid-level and junior engineers regarding architecture, debugging, and contemporary React patterns.

• Promote continuous delivery practices and iteratively deploy based on genuine user feedback.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience in developing and deploying modern, production-ready web applications at scale.

• Profound knowledge of React, Redux or modern state management frameworks, and TypeScript.

• Strong foundation in JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3.

• Experience with AI-enhanced delivery processes throughout the lifecycle.

• Capability to choose the right AI models for various challenges and discern situations where they should not be applied.

• Background in reviewing AI-generated code and implementing guidelines for code reviews, provenance and licensing verification, as well as customer-data prompt limitations.

• Familiarity with integrating REST APIs and working in microservices-based environments.

• Proficient with Jest and Cypress testing frameworks.

• Experience in building or maintaining component libraries and design systems.

• Proven track record of owning technical outcomes from start to finish in uncertain, fast-paced settings.

• Experience within a high-scale SaaS or consumer platform context.

• Bonus: Familiarity with Next.js and prior experience integrating LLM-powered or AI-driven product features.
