React Development, Mid-Level to Senior

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Design, maintain, and improve front-end applications utilizing React, JavaScript, and TypeScript.

• Create reusable, scalable components that adhere to architectural and interface design best practices.

• Develop and sustain client-side routing, state management, and API consumption solutions.

• Build responsive and accessible interfaces that function well across various browsers and devices.

• Work collaboratively with Product, Business, UX/UI, Back-end, and Quality teams to provide high-quality solutions.

• Aid in the support and continuous enhancement of a pivotal platform for financial investigations within the corporate banking sector.

• Identify, assess, and rectify production incidents to maintain application stability and reliability.

• Participate in code reviews and advocate for best practices concerning quality, testing, maintainability, and security.

• Enhance performance and user experience through monitoring, analysis, and performance optimization.

• Participate in Agile ceremonies and processes, including planning, estimation, and retrospectives.

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated experience in developing contemporary web applications with React.

• Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+) and TypeScript.

• Extensive understanding of HTML5, CSS3, and principles of responsive design.

• Experience with client-side routing, API integration, and data consumption methodologies.

• Familiarity with state management and modern React development practices.

• Experience in implementing automated testing, including unit and integration tests.

• Knowledge of performance optimization strategies for web applications.

• Proficiency with version control systems, particularly Git.

• Understanding of the software development lifecycle and Agile methodologies.

• Ability to produce clean, organized, maintainable, and well-documented code.

• Advanced/proficient English skills for both verbal and written communication, including active engagement in meetings, technical discussions, documentation, and collaboration with global teams.

• Experience in projects within the banking or financial sector.

• Background in high-criticality, large-scale enterprise platforms.

• Familiarity with application monitoring and performance analysis in production settings.

• Experience working within globally distributed teams.
