Front-end Software Engineer, React/TypeScript

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Romania.

📋 Description

• Create, develop, and sustain contemporary frontend applications utilizing JavaScript, TypeScript, and React

• Construct user-friendly, responsive, and accessible web services tailored for consumer customers

• Develop reusable and maintainable frontend components by adhering to clean code principles and engineering best practices

• Implement state management and data-fetching solutions with Zustand and React Query / TanStack Query

• Connect frontend applications with backend services via GraphQL

• Contribute to the enhancement of application performance, usability, and overall user experience

• Assist in the internationalization and localization of web applications using i18next

• Engage in A/B testing initiatives to assess and enhance user experience

• Write and uphold automated tests to guarantee code quality and application reliability

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams throughout the software development lifecycle

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years of full-time professional experience in web frontend development using JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML, and CSS

• At least 4 years of professional experience working with TypeScript

• Minimum of 2 years of professional experience with React

• At least 1 year of experience in developing web services for consumer customers

• Proven experience in creating accessible web services and engaging in A/B testing

• Familiarity with Remeda, Zustand, GraphQL, React Query / TanStack Query, and i18next

• Experience with Node.js, GitLab, and pnpm

• Knowledge of Jest / Vitest and Cypress

• Experience in designing scalable and maintainable frontend architectures

• Proven ability to optimize web application performance and accessibility

• Awareness of contemporary frontend development practices and tools

• Experience in collaborating within cross-functional Agile teams
