Senior Frontend Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Europe.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of intricate product features and technical projects from conception to deployment.

• Create and develop user experiences that are intuitive and high-performing utilizing Angular.

• Lead frontend architecture and make technical choices with a focus on scalability, maintainability, performance, and user experience.

• Collaborate with Product, Design, Backend teams, and fellow engineers to craft effective solutions.

• Simplify complex technical concepts and vast data into user-friendly experiences.

• Actively seek out opportunities to enhance the product, architecture, and engineering methodologies.

• Produce clean, thoroughly tested, and production-ready code.

• Conduct code reviews, mentor fellow engineers, and elevate the technical proficiency of the team.

• Utilize AI-assisted development techniques to speed up delivery while upholding high engineering standards.

• Oversee frontend experiences for products such as Explore, APM, and RUM, as part of a full-stack product team.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 7 years of professional experience in frontend development, including managing complex production applications.

• Significant experience with a leading frontend framework: Angular, React, or Vue.

• High proficiency in TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS/SCSS.

• Experience in designing scalable frontend architectures and developing intricate, data-heavy applications.

• Strong grasp of browser fundamentals, frontend performance, and contemporary web development practices.

• Deep understanding of UI/UX principles with a keen eye for detail.

• Proficient in working with APIs, state management, testing, and modern frontend development workflows.

• Excellent problem-solving abilities and capacity to independently manage complex technical tasks.

• Strong communication skills with experience in cross-functional team collaborations.
