Senior Frontend Developer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Serbia.

📋 Description

• Design, develop, and sustain product features from start to finish within a collaborative team.

• Guide features from requirement analysis to production launch.

• Take ownership of, gain insights into, stabilize, and enhance existing areas of the Angular codebase.

• Produce clean, maintainable, and thoroughly tested code.

• Engage in code reviews and create unit tests using Vitest.

• Generate concise design documentation.

• Contribute to decisions regarding frontend architecture and platform health.

• Enhance performance, upgrade framework versions, optimize NX monorepo structure, and improve CI/CD processes.

• Develop frontend experiences for AI-driven clinical and administrative functionalities.

• Incorporate AI tools into the development process.

• Participate in the ongoing enhancement of engineering practices and tools.

• Work together with product, design, backend, and QA teams in a small, cross-functional group.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 3 years of commercial experience with Angular (latest versions preferred).

• Proficiency in modern Angular: standalone components, signals, contemporary change detection, and dependency injection patterns.

• Advanced knowledge of RxJS and TypeScript in real-world production environments.

• Experience in designing and building complex Angular application architectures at scale.

• Practical experience with unit testing; Vitest is preferred, but Jest is also acceptable.

• Practical experience with agentic AI development and regular use of coding agents like Claude Code, Cursor, or similar tools.

• Capability to write effective skills, prompts, and instructions for coding agents.

• Understanding of agent principles, including context, tools, and feedback loops.

• Ability to organize code and documentation to enable agents to work efficiently with the codebase.

• Comfort in writing or modifying SQL queries, adjusting endpoint validations, or troubleshooting issues through the API layer.

• Intermediate English proficiency (B1+).

• Fluent in Russian.

• Availability for full overlap with CET working hours.
