Senior Forward Deployment Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Develop the technical infrastructure for new product offerings.

• Collaborate directly with clients to enhance and refine solutions.

• Install, configure, and optimize products tailored to each Credit Union's environment.

• Familiarize yourself with Clutch's products, processes, deployment playbooks, and customer base.

• Comprehend clients' infrastructure, business objectives, and technical requirements.

• Implement and customize solutions in collaboration with internal and external partners.

• Independently oversee deployments and integrations.

• Diagnose and provide support for production environments.

• Act as a trusted technical advisor to customers and key stakeholders.

• Manage large-scale deployments and intricate rollouts in alignment with client objectives.

• Offer structured client-driven feedback to product and engineering teams.

• Enhance deployment processes to ensure scalability and improve client satisfaction.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 7 years of experience in software engineering.

• Proficient in TypeScript across the full stack, including Node.js for backend and React for frontend.

• Proficient use of AI tools within the engineering workflow.

• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.

• Willingness and ability to travel up to 50% to client locations when necessary.

• Strong problem-solving abilities and adeptness at navigating production systems.

• Knowledge of deployment, integration, and troubleshooting in production environments.

• Excellent communication skills with both technical and non-technical audiences.

• A proactive approach and a client-first mentality.

• Legally authorized to work in the United States.
