Senior FlutterFlow Architecture, Production Audit Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines, +5 more countries.

📋 Description

• Perform a comprehensive technical audit of a large, intricate inherited FlutterFlow application.

• Explore the actual application via around 10 hours of compensated secure virtual-environment access.

• Evaluate the existing architecture and articulate the reasons for any challenging aspects.

• Ascertain if issues stem from FlutterFlow itself or from implementation decisions.

• Analyze FlutterFlow usage, custom coding, unnecessary complexity, performance, maintainability, involvement of non-programmers, deployment processes, completion criteria, and suitability for production-scale applications.

• Generate an executive summary assessment.

• Document architectural insights and the root causes of development and performance issues.

• Compare FlutterFlow-native implementations with custom code solutions.

• Evaluate maintainability, readiness for production and deployment, scalability, and white-label suitability where relevant.

• Develop a prioritized remediation strategy along with clear completion recommendations.

• Estimate effort and sequence dependencies.

• Conduct a live presentation of findings.

• Identify project evidence that supports each key finding.

• Provide documentation on application shipment, build processes, inheritance, scalability, user base, white-labeling, deployment, audit/rescue processes, and production application evidence as necessary.

• Highly skilled FlutterFlow specialist with extensive experience.

• Profound background with large-scale production FlutterFlow applications.

• Experience working on complex multi-screen applications.

• Strong understanding of FlutterFlow architecture and maintainability.

• Proficient in Flutter/Dart and code generated by FlutterFlow.

• Background in API-intensive applications.

• Familiarity with authentication, application and page state management, caching, and handling offline/slow network scenarios.

• Experience with custom actions, functions, and widgets.

• Proven experience in debugging production performance issues.

• Knowledge of App Store and Google Play deployment processes.

• Familiarity with environments and release management workflows.

• Experience with GitHub and FlutterFlow CLI workflows.

• Experience dealing with inherited FlutterFlow applications.

• Background in white-label or multi-brand applications.

• Experience in component or design-system architecture.

• Proven experience in production QA and release management.

• Direct involvement with FlutterFlow applications that serve over 500,000 users, preferably those approaching or exceeding 1 million users.

• Ability to articulate personal contributions and provide reasonable verifiable evidence.
