Senior Flutter Developer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Jordan.

📋 Description

• Design and develop features within a substantial production Flutter codebase utilized by actual customers.

• Take ownership of architectural choices related to state management, modularization, data layers, and the integration of new code.

• Collaborate with backend engineers to establish API contracts.

• Work alongside product and design teams to identify valuable features.

• Ensure quality through code reviews, automated testing, and CI/CD practices.

• Track crash rates, performance metrics, funnel drop-off, and respond to data insights post-releases.

• Manage payments, deep links, push notifications, offline functionality, and app store submissions.

• Mentor mid-level engineers and enhance team engineering practices.

• Develop customer-facing white-label ordering applications for restaurants throughout the region.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience in building and deploying mobile applications.

• At least 3 years of hands-on experience with Flutter/Dart in a production environment.

• Strong understanding of Flutter internals, including widget lifecycle, rendering, rebuild behavior, and diagnosing jank.

• Familiarity with structured architectures such as Clean Architecture or layered architecture.

• Proficiency in state management techniques such as BLoC, Riverpod, or Provider.

• Comfortable with dependency injection and repository design patterns.

• Ability to write code that is inherently testable.

• Experience with unit, widget, and integration testing.

• Knowledge of platform channels, native SDKs, and the build configurations for iOS and Android.

• Experience in deploying applications to the App Store and Google Play Store.

• Strong communication skills in English, with the ability to document processes effectively.
