This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.
• Design cutting-edge professional security systems that safeguard buildings and businesses globally.
• Integrate sub-GHz devices with secure cloud connectivity.
• Incorporate modern cybersecurity features into embedded devices.
• Improve secure firmware update and bootloader mechanisms.
• Optimize the performance of embedded systems.

• Address real-time challenges within RTOS environments.
• Implement APIs.
• Take charge of architectural decisions for essential firmware components.
• Impact hardware design, communication protocols, and cybersecurity implementations across product lines.
• Specify integration logic for Everon product-family compliant devices that meet EN50131 Grade 3 standards.
• Ensure solution quality through collaboration with QA, debugging, and fixing bugs.
• Assist in verification, validation, certification, and production processes.
• Collaborate with teams in Product Management, Hardware, Compliance, and Cybersecurity.
• Prepare and maintain technical documentation, design specifications, and internal development guidelines.
• Work with global engineering teams across various time zones to guarantee consistent implementation and knowledge sharing.
• Proficient experience in Embedded C.
• Background in cybersecurity.
• Familiarity with ARM Cortex-M microcontrollers.
• Knowledge of RTOS and bare-metal development.
• Experience in debugging embedded systems.
• Fluent in English.
• Experience with secure boot or secure firmware updates is a plus.
• Experience with RF/sub-GHz systems is a plus.
• Background in EN50131 or the security industry is a plus.
• Proficiency with ARM Cortex-M (STM32) and dual-core processors.
• Experience with RTOS and Linux.
• Familiarity with SWD/JTAG.
• Experience with oscilloscopes and logic analyzers.
• Knowledge of RS485, Ethernet, and GSM.
• Understanding of cryptography.
• Experience with CI/CD for embedded systems.
• Willingness to relocate to Gdańsk, Poland.
