Senior Financial Planning and Analysis – SME, AI Evaluation

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Assess AI-generated financial analyses for technical precision, thoroughness, and quality of reasoning.

• Spot factual inaccuracies, unsupported assumptions, logical discrepancies, and calculation mistakes.

• Analyze financial models, valuation techniques, and investment assessments produced by AI.

• Develop, assess, and enhance finance-related prompts, benchmark responses, and evaluation datasets.

• Consistently apply detailed annotation guidelines while upholding high-quality standards.

• Offer structured, actionable insights that enhance AI model performance.

• Work alongside Project Managers, Quality Assurance teams, and AI Researchers to refine evaluation methodologies.

• Uphold productivity and quality standards while operating independently in a remote setting.

⛳️ Requirements

• Extensive practical experience in Investment Banking, Corporate Finance, or Transaction Advisory.

• Strong understanding of U.S. financial markets and corporate finance principles.

• Outstanding analytical and critical thinking abilities.

• Advanced skills in financial modeling and valuation.

• Excellent written communication skills in English.

• Capability to independently assess complex financial analyses and convey technical feedback.

• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high quality.

• Exhibit expert-level knowledge in one or more of the following areas: Budgeting, Forecasting, Financial Planning, Variance Analysis, Cost Accounting, Business Partnering, Financial Reporting, Strategic Planning, Management Reporting.

• One or more of the following qualifications is highly desirable: CFA (Completed or Candidate), CPA, MBA (Finance), Chartered Accountant (CA).

• Previous experience in AI Model Evaluation, Reinforcement Learning from Human Feedback (RLHF), Prompt Engineering, AI Annotation, Large Language Model (LLM) Evaluation, AI Quality Assurance, or Benchmark Dataset Development is a plus.
