Senior Financial Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Construct and conduct intricate financial analyses that encompass historical performance of sites and service lines, anticipated future outcomes, opportunities, and risks.

• Support the budgeting process by collaborating with business leaders to pinpoint trends and assess financial impacts.

• Develop pricing models and analyses for contract modifications and renewals.

• Collaborate with the Business Development team to promote organic growth and create pro forma models for new business prospects.

• Work alongside Clinical and Operations leaders to ensure that financial statements accurately reflect operational activities and contract stipulations.

• Assist in monthly operating reviews and clarify financial variances to service line leadership.

• Engage with hospital medicine, emergency medicine, critical care, and anesthesia service lines.

• Report directly to the Director of Finance and interact with senior leaders in finance, business development, and operations.

⛳️ Requirements

• BA/BS in Accounting or Finance is mandatory.

• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel is required.

• Comprehensive understanding of finance and accounting principles, including financial statements, return on investment, and variance analysis.

• Highly analytical, detail-oriented, and well-organized.

• Proven capacity to develop, define, and execute complex financial analyses.

• Demonstrated ability to collaborate cross-functionally and execute tasks across various functional areas.

• 3–5 years of relevant experience in financial planning and analysis, accounting, or consulting.
