Financial Cash Control Supervisor

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Supervise operations related to Financial Cash Control, which encompasses accounts receivable, EFT enrollment and maintenance, refunds, financial correspondence, and associated financial transactions.

• Lead, mentor, train, and develop team members.

• Oversee daily workflow, task assignments, productivity, quality, performance, and adherence to established service-level agreements.

• Manage financial requests tracked through CRM systems and oversee financial adjustments processed via MMIS financial applications.

• Investigate and resolve intricate financial issues involving clients, providers, members, accounts receivable, payments, refunds, EFT, and related transactions.

• Collaborate with clients, Claims, Information Technology, and internal teams to ascertain requirements, address operational challenges, support system modifications, and enhance financial processes.

• Analyze workflows and propose enhancements to boost accuracy, efficiency, consistency, compliance, and service delivery.

• Prioritize and meet deadlines while ensuring accuracy, quality, service levels, and compliance with Medi-Cal and organizational standards.

• Manage confidential financial, member, provider, client, and company information in line with privacy, security, and regulatory guidelines.


⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent mix of education and relevant experience.

• A minimum of six years' experience in financial operations, including accounts receivable, accounts payable, cash control, payment processing, healthcare financial operations, or similar financial roles.

• At least three years of leadership or supervisory experience, including responsibilities for coaching, training, employee performance, and daily operations.

• Proven experience in managing operational performance, workflow, service levels, quality, and competing priorities in a high-volume setting.

• Familiarity with business processes and relevant information technology applications.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, communication, and process-improvement capabilities.

• Prior experience with CRM, MMIS, healthcare claims, or financial systems is preferred.
