Financial Compliance Expert – CL Funnel

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Conduct a written intake of approximately 15 minutes focused on compliance practices.

• Outline daily workflows, time management, and essential processes relevant to the position.

• Clarify how seasoned professionals differentiate between areas in compliance and financial crime.

• Provide specific examples demonstrating where AI may fail in compliance tasks based on personal case experiences.

• Highlight the often-overlooked aspects of compliance work that external parties and project designers might miss.

• Define the scope for future compliance projects tailored for AI laboratories and research institutions.

⛳️ Requirements

• Currently practicing or recently active in compliance and financial-crime sectors.

• Experience may include roles in first line, second line, internal audit, or external advisory capacities.

• Knowledge in areas such as KYC/CDD, client onboarding, transaction monitoring, AML investigations, sanctions screening, fraud and dispute resolution, trade and communications surveillance, conduct and consumer protection compliance, regulatory reporting and change, or compliance testing and assurance.

• Preferred qualifications include CAMS, CGSS, CFCS, CFE, CRCM, an ICA diploma, or FINRA registrations.

• Significant domain knowledge without formal credentials will also be considered.

• Must be willing to provide detailed, specific written responses regarding the intricacies of the work.

• Position requires functioning as an independent contractor.
