This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Washington.
• Coordinate and integrate forecasts, budgets, and long-term plans across the organization.
• Manage cash forecasting processes, encompassing Direct and Indirect Cash Flow, Collections, Operating Cash Flow, and Free Cash Flow forecasting.
• Collaborate with Accounting during monthly and quarterly closing cycles to assess results and accruals, ensuring alignment with forecasts.
• Identify potential risks and opportunities in forecasts, analyze variances, and suggest enhancements.
• Prepare monthly financial reporting packages, budget-to-actual comparisons, and management reports.
• Contribute to materials for the Board of Directors, executive presentations, and strategic analyses.
• Take ownership of and improve Corporate FP&A models, including stock-based compensation, share count, capital expenditures, cash flow forecasting, collections, and long-term planning.
• Enhance planning, forecasting, consolidation, and reporting processes through automation.
• Collaborate with Accounting, People, IT, Legal, and other business leaders on planning, resource allocation, and strategic initiatives.
• 3 to 5 years of experience in financial analysis.
• Demonstrated capability in constructing financial models and conducting business analysis.
• Strong analytical skills and problem-solving abilities.
• Interest in leveraging AI and the capability to learn and utilize new tools.
• Advanced skills in Excel, including complex formulas, pivot tables, and model creation.
• Proficient in PowerPoint and Word.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to create structure in ambiguous situations.
• High degree of discretion with confidential compensation and headcount information.
• BA/BS degree in finance, accounting, engineering, mathematics, computer science, or equivalent practical experience.
• Experience with Anaplan or another financial planning tool is advantageous.
• Background in SaaS or experience with publicly traded companies is a plus.
