Senior Financial Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Create analyses, reports, and financial presentations focused on revenue and expenses.

• Generate and evaluate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.

• Ensure the accuracy of financial data.

• Design financial models to assess current and prospective business scenarios.

• Engage in the month-end financial closing process and reporting activities.

• Assist in the preparation of the annual budget and ongoing forecast updates.

• Analyze, monitor, and report on extensive datasets.

• Maintain precise databases by entering, validating, and backing up information.

• Support cost analysis efforts by providing insights on trends and forecasts.

• Present financial models and insights to senior leadership and executive management.

• Observe and assess the competitive landscape, providing comparative analyses and recommendations.

• Uphold confidentiality regarding financial details.

• Collaborate across various Centers of Excellence to achieve financial objectives.

• Carry out additional responsibilities as assigned.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in finance, economics, or a related discipline.

• Over 3 years of experience in financial analysis.

• Advanced proficiency in Excel and the Microsoft Office Suite.

• Familiarity with financial concepts, methodologies, tools, and strategies.

• Capability to read, interpret, and derive accurate conclusions from numerical data.

• Knowledge of processes, tools, and techniques for evaluating alternative financial outcomes.

• Understanding of the automated tools and processes required to manage financial assets and liabilities throughout the organization.

• Skill in preparing financial statements, reports, and presentations using financial methodologies and tools.

• Ability to work independently and contribute innovative ideas to the Finance Center of Excellence.

• Willingness to work outside of standard business hours on an occasional basis.
