Senior Financial Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois.

📋 Description

• Assist in financial planning and budget management

• Create and develop financial models

• Monitor and report on essential initiatives

• Lead special requests as directed by leadership

• Provide support to Chief Commercial Officers

• Engage directly with COMPLETE Commercial clients

• Conduct budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis during the monthly closing process

• Oversee the preparation of monthly reporting packages and track key performance indicators for leadership

• Formulate financial projections and construct financial models for COMPLETE Commercial clients

• Assist project teams with financial insights and monitor expenditures against plans

• Develop and maintain reports and dashboards utilizing Excel, Adaptive Planning, PowerBI, and Tableau

• Present budgets and monthly financial outcomes to COMPLETE Commercial clients

• Prepare and review budgets, contracts, and statements of work for clients

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or a related field

• 2-5 years of experience in corporate finance or a similar position

• Proficiency in advanced Excel and PowerPoint

• MBA or a relevant Master’s degree is preferred

• Experience in the life sciences industry is preferred

• Familiarity with D365 (Management Reporter), Workday Adaptive Planning, PowerBI, and Tableau is preferred

• Ability to work 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday

• Capability to perform office tasks, including sitting or standing for extended periods and occasionally lifting/moving up to 25 pounds
