Senior Financial Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Missouri.

📋 Description

• Assist in monthly financial closing processes, financial reporting, and variance analysis to guarantee precise and prompt financial outcomes.

• Create and oversee clinic-level operating budgets, forecasts, and financial performance in partnership with medical group leadership.

• Deliver financial analysis and support for physician compensation arrangements, productivity metrics, and associated operational performance.

• Generate financial pro formas for physician employment models, Professional Services Agreements (PSAs), and strategic initiatives.

• Aid in capital planning and budgeting.

⛳️ Requirements

• High School diploma equivalency with 2 years of cumulative experience OR an Associate's degree/Bachelor's degree OR 4 years of relevant cumulative job-specific experience required.

• Experience in healthcare finance, ideally within a medical group or physician practice setting, encompassing financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and operational analysis.

• Background in physician compensation analysis.

• Experience in developing financial pro formas.

• Familiarity with capital budgeting processes.

• Proficient in advanced Excel-based financial modeling.

• Knowledge of Google Sheets and Oracle.

• No specific licensure, certification, or registration is required.
