Senior Finance Specialist – General Accounting

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in China.

📋 Description

• Provide timely and accurate financial services to the account team.

• Oversee payments to IFM suppliers.

• Calculate monthly expense accruals, revenue accruals, and manage period close processes.

• Coordinate billing activities for JLL clients.

• Review billing templates alongside supporting documentation.

• Manage bank balances while reviewing Open Accounts Payable and payment schedules.

• Assist with the review of Open Purchase Orders and educate operational teams about common errors.

• Instruct site teams on process flow and necessary corrective actions.

• Collaborate with site teams and client finance to compute monthly accruals.

• Aid in the compilation of APAC variance reporting.

• Support forecasting and budgeting activities.

• Review month-end checklists for accuracy.

• Provide assistance with ad-hoc tasks as needed.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance & Accounting.

• Strong proficiency in both spoken and written English.

• Experience in Accounts Payable/Receivable/General Ledger and Financial Analysis within the APAC region is a plus.

• Ability to take ownership of responsibilities and processes.

• Experience with Excel-based reporting is advantageous.
