Senior Financial Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Create and uphold advanced financial models for portfolio evaluation, ensuring precision and adherence to JLL standards.

• Generate thorough financial reports and variance analyses that support strategic decision-making across various business sectors.

• Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including Operations, to assess performance metrics and pinpoint optimization opportunities.

• Oversee monthly and quarterly financial closing processes, encompassing budget versus actual analysis and forecasting updates for designated portfolios.

• Collaborate with senior leadership to develop board presentations and client reporting packages.

• Guide junior analysts and engage in process enhancement initiatives aimed at boosting the efficiency and accuracy of financial operations.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related discipline.

• 4-6 years of progressively responsible experience in financial analysis.

• Advanced Excel skills, including complex financial modeling, pivot tables, and sophisticated formulas.

• Familiarity with financial software systems such as E1, Corrigo, Azara, and TM1.

• Demonstrated success in financial modeling, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis within corporate finance or real estate settings.

• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a proven capacity to distill complex data into actionable insights.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including experience in presenting financial data to senior executives.

• Detail-oriented with strong organizational capabilities and the ability to juggle multiple projects in fast-paced environments.

• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
