D365 Finance & Operations Project Lead – Italian Speaking

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Europe.

📋 Description

• Lead and oversee the implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations projects from the planning stage to go-live.

• Manage project scope, timelines, deliverables, resources, risks, and dependencies effectively.

• Coordinate functional and technical teams across various workstreams.

• Serve as the primary liaison for key stakeholders.

• Monitor project progress, pinpoint potential issues, and execute corrective measures.

• Facilitate project meetings, workshops, status updates, and steering committee sessions.

• Manage client expectations and ensure alignment between business requirements and project objectives.

• Oversee project documentation, reporting, and governance processes.

• Assist in change management, testing, deployment, and go-live activities.

• Travel as necessary to support client engagements and project milestones.

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated experience in leading or managing Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365FO) projects.

• Strong knowledge of ERP implementation methodologies, project governance, and best practices in delivery.

• Experience in coordinating multidisciplinary teams and managing client relationships effectively.

• Exceptional stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving capabilities.

• Fluent Italian is a requirement.

• Professional proficiency in English is necessary.

• Willingness and availability to travel within Europe as needed.

• Ability to work remotely from a location in Europe.

• Availability for a minimum contract period of 6 months.
