Finance Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Connecticut.

📋 Description

• Oversee the Global Supply Chain's operating expense budget of around $600M and manage approximately $10B in receipts.

• Drive initiatives to reduce the material overhead rate.

• Work in conjunction with cost center managers on operating expenses, conducting monthly analyses and forecasting.

• Collaborate with procurement and the SIOP team to evaluate risks and opportunities related to the $10B receipt base.

• Aggregate and report on monthly closing activities and variance analysis across more than 150 MOH cost centers.

• Engage in weekly meetings and financial performance reporting.

• Identify and execute process enhancements aimed at boosting productivity and operational efficiency.

• Partner with various departments to ensure operational financial health and explore efficiency and growth opportunities.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or supply chain management with over 8 years of experience in a financial or accounting role, or an advanced degree in finance, accounting, or operations/supply chain management with more than 5 years of experience in a related field.

• Strong analytical capabilities with a proven ability to forecast accurately.

• Exceptional communication skills for effectively reporting and presenting financial data to leadership.

• Demonstrated cross-functional experience with procurement, operations, and other teams.

• Proficiency in MS Excel and MS PowerPoint.

• U.S. citizenship is mandatory.

• Must be eligible to work in the U.S. without current or future company immigration sponsorship.
