Senior Finance Specialist – General Accounting

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in China.

📋 Description

• Provide timely and precise financial services to account teams.

• Oversee payments to IFM suppliers.

• Calculate monthly expense and revenue accruals.

• Coordinate client billings for JLL.

• Review billing templates and supporting documentation, such as contract terms, T&E reports, reimbursable expense trackers, and open AR analysis.

• Manage bank balances and evaluate open AP and payment schedules.

• Assist in reviewing open PO reports and guide operational teams on common mistakes.

• Educate site teams on process flows and corrective measures to foster a self-help culture.

• Collaborate with site teams and client finance to compute monthly accruals.

• Aid in compiling APAC variance reporting.

• Support forecasting and budgeting activities.

• Review month-end checklists.

• Assist with ad-hoc tasks as needed.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s Degree in Finance & Accounting.

• Strong proficiency in spoken and written English.

• Experience in AP/AR/GL and Financial Analysis in the finance sector across APAC is a plus.

• Ability to take ownership of responsibilities and processes.

• Proficiency in Excel-based reporting is advantageous.
