
Senior Finance Manager, Global Logistics Finance

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee forecasting, annual budgeting, long-term planning, monthly reporting, and financial assessments for Global Logistics.
• Act as the financial business partner for Global Logistics and AIS Supply Chain leadership.
• Create executive-level reports and offer insights into performance trends, risks, and opportunities.
• Collaborate with Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations, Sourcing, Customs & Trade Compliance, Regional/Segment Finance, Controllership, and Corporate Finance teams.
• Spearhead financial planning, tracking, reporting, and execution support for Variable Cost Productivity.
• Identify, validate, and oversee savings initiatives.
• Provide financial guidance for global tariff, customs, and duty-related functions.
• Anticipate exposure, evaluate business impacts, support mitigation strategies, and communicate risks and opportunities.
• Assist with monthly close and post-close analysis, which includes variance reporting.
• Create logistics analytics, dashboards, and KPIs focused on cost, service, productivity, and network performance.
• Standardize global logistics financial reporting processes, metrics, and governance.
• Support operational reviews and leadership meetings with performance narratives, financial analysis, and recommendations.
• Promote collaboration, continuous improvement, accountability, and data-driven decision-making.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
• 8 years of progressive experience in finance.
• Capability to lead within a team-oriented environment.
• Proficient PC skills and experience with financial systems/applications such as Oracle, SAP, COGNOS, or Business Objects.
• Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and macros.
• Ability to articulate complex business challenges clearly and succinctly.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the capacity to influence others and drive change across various levels, functions, and regions/SBUs.
• Excellent critical thinking abilities and the capability to add value to operational teams.
• Previous experience in supporting Logistics, Transportation, Supply Chain, Global Trade, Customs & Duties, or Operations Finance.
• Strong understanding of logistics cost drivers, transportation networks, tariff impacts, and supply chain economics.
• Robust FP&A experience, encompassing forecasting, budgeting, business case development, performance reporting, and executive-level financial analysis.
• Proven track record of collaborating with operational leaders to achieve productivity and cost-reduction initiatives.
• Experience in developing scalable analytics, dashboards, and reporting solutions.
• Ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders and achieve results within a matrixed global organization.
